These little guys are about as no-fuss as a dessert can be! Wanna spruce them up a bit, make them your own? Check out our suggestions below to give your truffles some pizzaz. Get Boozy  Everyone loves a boozy dessert! Try adding a splash (we'd suggest 1-2 tablespoons) of Baileys, Kahlua, or Rumchata to the mix. Try topping the truffles with chopped chocolate-covered espresso beans or a sprinkle of cinnamon-sugar for added effect. This short bread recipe comes collectively in only 10 mins. in case you love fruit breads, you’ll also love our cherry bread! BOLU SINGKONG By  @mayasefry Bahan : 350 gr singkong yang sudah diparut, peras airnya lalu hancurkan dgn garpu agar terurai (singkongnya masih lembab ya jangan terlalu kering nanti bantet) 2 butir telur 125 gr gula pasir  1/2 sdt SP 1/2 sdt BPDA (Baking Powder Double Acting) 25 gr tepung terigu serbaguna 65 ml santan kental 75 gr margarin, cairkan 1/2 sdt vanili bubuk Cara membuat : 1. Kocok telur, gula pasir dan SP sampai putih kental dan mengembang. Masukkan vanili, kocok rata. 2. Turunkan ke speed rendah, masukkan singkong sedikit demi sedikit sambil terus dikocok hingga rata. Masukkan tepung kocok hingga rata. Matikan mixer. 3. Masukkan santan, aduk rata dengan spatula. Masukkan margarin cair aduk balik hingga rata. 4. Bagi adonan menjadi 3 bagian, beri masing2 pewarna makanan secukupnya, aduk rata. 5. Tuang 2 sdm adonan kedalam tiap cetakan yg telah diolesi margarin. 6. CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE Bahan : 400 ml susu cair full cream 75 ml heavy cream (sy whipped cream bubuk yg dilarutkan) 30 gr coklat bubuk 20 gr maizena 80 gr gula pasir 160 gr dark cooking coklat, potong2 Cara membuat : 1. Siapkan panci berisi air dan panaskan. Dalam mangkok tahan panas campur susu, heavy cream, gula pasir, maizena dan coklat bubuk aduk rata lalu rebus dgn cara double boil sampai tercampur rata, masukan dark cooking coklat aduk rata sampai meleleh dan tercampur rata. 2. Tuang ke dalam cetakan sesuai selera. Hilangkan uap panasnya lalu masukkan ke dalam kulkas hingga set sekitar 4 jam lebih bagus lagi semalaman. 3. Hias dgn whipped cream kocok dan taburi coklat serut. Siap disajikan.

PUDING STRAWBERRY By  @mayasefry Bahan A : 1 bks agar agar bubuk plain 125 gr gula pasir 100 gr  @fibercreme 700 ml air Bahan B : 1 bks agar agar bubuk plain 150 gr gula pasir 100 gr strawberry, cincang 700 ml air Pewarna merah cabe secukupnya Bahan lain : Strawberry secukupnya, masing2 belah 3 bagian Cara membuat : 1. Basahi loyang dengan air matang. Susun strawberry di sisi loyang sesuai selera. Sisihkan. 2. Puding putih, Campur agar agar bubuk, gula pasir dan  @fibercreme , tuang air lalu masak sambil diaduk sampai mendidih. Hilangkan uap panasnya. Tuang kedalam loyang secara perlahan hingga setengah loyang. Biarkan sampai setengah beku atau bagian atasnya sudah dirasa cukup kuat untuk menopang adonan selanjutnya. 3. Puding merah, campur agar agar bubuk, gula pasir dan strawberry cincang. Tuang air dan tambahkan pewarna merah. Masak sambil diaduk sampai mendidih. Hilangkan uap panasnya. KROKET KENTANG OAT

KROKET KENTANG OAT By  @mayasefry Bahan : 300 gr kentang kukus, haluskan 2 sdm tepung kentang (potato starch) 1 sdm oatmeal instant (quacker) 1 sdm susu bubuk 50 gr keju cheddar, parut 1 sdt parsley kering (optional) Garam dan lada secukupnya Bahan pelapis : 1 sdm munjung tepung terigu 2 putih telur, kocok lepas 100 gr oatmeal instant Cara membuat : 1. Campur semua bahan, aduk rata. 2. Bentuk bulat lonjong. Lakukan hingga bahan habis. 3. Gulingkan ke atas tepung terigu lalu celup ke dalam putih telur. Gulingkan di atas oatmeal hingga terbalut rata. Simpan dalam kulkas kurang lebih 1 jam. 4. Goreng dalam minyak banyak hingga kuning keemasan. Angkat dan tiriskan.

ONDE ONDE PELANGI By  @mayasefry Source Fitri Sasmaya Bahan kulit : 200 gram tepung ketan putih 50 gram kentang kukus, haluskan 5 sdm gula pasir 1/4 sdt garam 190 ml air hangat 100 gram wijen secukupnya minyak goreng Bahan isian : 100 gram kacang hijau kupas, rendam 1-2 jam 150 ml santan kara 1/4 sdt garam 5 sdm gula pasir 1/2 sdt vanilli bubuk Cara membuat : 1. Buat isian, rebus kacang hijau kupas, sampai empuk, tiriskan, blender dengan 50 ml santan sampai halus. 2. Siapkan wajan/teflon masukkan kacang hijau blender beri santan, gula garam dan vanilli bubuk. Aduk2 sampai kalis sampai adonan bisa dipulung. 3. Bulat2kan sekitar 10 gram. Sisihkan. 4. Buat kulitnya, campur tepung (sy tambahin 1 sdm tepung beras), kentang halus, gula juga garam, aduk rata tuang air sedikit demi sedikit hentikan jika sudah bisa dibentuk. 5. Salt  and Pepper Squid - Chinese Fried Calamari Ingredients 1½ pounds squid 1 tablespoon shaoxing wine ½ teaspoon sesame oil 5 cups, plus 1 tablespoon vegetable oil ½ cup all-purpose flour ½ cup semolina flour ⅓ cup plain cornmeal 1 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste ½ teaspoon white pepper, plus more to taste 2 long hot green peppers, cut lengthwise and sliced thinly 5 cloves garlic, sliced 2 teaspoons ginger, minced Instructions First prepare your squid. Rinse it well in cold water. Cut the tentacles off using one cut, keeping about a ¼ inch of the hood in order to end up with one piece of calamari that includes all the tentacles. If you're using larger squid, you can cut these pieces lengthwise in half in order to make them bite-sized.
